Q1. Do you ship internationally?
A1. Yes, we do.  If you are outside of the US, please email us what you would like to purchase along with your mailing address, and we will provide you the shipping rate within 24-48 hours.

Q2. How long does it take for you to process the order?
A2. We usually ship out items within 24-48 hours after purchase (Monday-Friday).

Q3. How long does it take for me to receive the shipment?
A3. It all depends on the location where you live in.  Usually, it takes approx. 3-7 business days after we ship out the items, but something it might take a little longer.  If you do not receive a package after 10 business days, you would want to contact us, and we will do anything possible to resolve the issue. 

Q4. What should I do if my package was damaged in transit?
Contact us immediately and we will initiate the claims process with the carrier. It is important that you save the damaged parcel so an inspector from the carrier can examine it.  We will either replace your purchase or refund your money.  For detail information, please click here

Q6. Will I receive an email confirmation regarding the shipping status?
A6. Yes, once we ship out the items, you will receive an email shipping notice from us. 

Q7. Do you take Checks for a method of Payment?
A7. No, we do not take checks, but you can sign up for PayPal, and you can pay us using your checking account through them. 

Q8. Do you have a retail outlet?
A8. No, we do not have a retail location.  At this time we only sell our merchandise online only.

Q9. Do you take photo submissions?
A9. Unfortunately, we do not take any photos for our merchandise, but you are welcome to send us your cute puppy photos for us to see.    : )   

Q10. Do you have a catalogue?
A10. TheDogOnline does not produce consumer catalogs.  All our products are listed on our website.  If you have any questions regarding certain breeds, feel free to email us.  Our customer service will provide you with as many options as possible within 24 hours.

Q12. What should I do if I have technical problems when I check out?
